WTO launches photo contest to highlight the impact of COVID-19 on trade and the role of trade in recovery; the deadline is March 3rd.

On February 10th, the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the Enhanced Integrated Framework (EIF) launched a photo contest to showcase how world trade is impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and how trade is helping to bring about an economic recovery. Submissions will be discussed at the Aid-for-Trade Stocktaking Event on March 23rd-25th.

Submissions to this contest should cover any one of the following themes:

  • How is trade impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic where you are?
  • Is trade making a difference, and if so, how?
  • How do you see trade helping economic recovery?

Photos must be submitted by March 3, 2021 using the form available here, together with a maximum of 100 words that describe both the photo and context.
